Curriculum
Our award-winning EdD in Learning and Organizational Change program, offered online, is meticulously crafted to equip aspiring industry leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to drive transformative organizational change. Through a carefully designed curriculum, students delve into three key areas: Learning, Organizational Change, and Research Methods. Students can complete the 54-credit hour program in as few as 3 years by maintaining a full-time academic load of two courses (6 credit hours) per trimester*, fostering a deep understanding of learning principles and their practical application.
The curriculum includes one on-campus immersion and requires a Problem-of-Practice Dissertation.
*Please note: While 6 credit hours is considered a full-time academic load for this program’s progression, requirements for federal financial aid may differ. Students are encouraged to verify their specific aid eligibility requirements and Enrollment Status with Baylor OneStop.
