Professional Summary
Mary Sage is the Assistant Director of Student Services for the Professional Online Learning Unit. She has the distinct pleasure of working with a team that supports graduate students in the Moody School of Education from admission through graduation. Programs supported include:
- EdD Learning and Organizational Change
- MSEd Learning and Organizational Change
- MS Learning Design and Technology
- MSEd in Educational Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis Concentration
- Certificate in Learning Design and Technology
- Certificate in Online Teaching and Learning
In her role, Mary leads the advising team and supports the strategic, day-to-day operations of Baylor’s graduate programs. Her role spans student support, academic planning, data and reporting, resource development, and operations. She works to create a seamless student experience by coordinating processes across advising, curriculum management, and graduation. Mary partners with faculty and campus offices to strengthen student engagement and ensure the programs remain responsive, consistent, and student-centered.
With ten years at Baylor, Mary’s background in education administration includes roles in admissions, recruiting, and student services. Beyond Baylor, Mary has held staff positions at Washington University in St. Louis and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She earned her M.M. in Clarinet Performance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and her B.M. in Music Composition from Indiana State University.
Originally from the St. Louis area, Mary's family relocated to Waco, TX, in 2015. In her free time, she enjoys cheering for St. Louis sports teams.
